Return Policy

At Legacy Life Organizer, your satisfaction matters to us.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, reach out to us at hi@thankmelater.money with your order number and reason for return and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Please note that any return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We're unable to make exceptions outside of this window, so we encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

A few things to keep in mind:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Damaged or incomplete items may not qualify for a full refund.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
